Clacton International Championships 2008

In Clacton, Kin Ryu fighter David O’Doherty was representing Sussex at the Clacton International. 

This is a tough international event with young fighters from across Europe competing for medals. 

David started well and was unlucky to lose to a Dutch fighter - with just 3 seconds to go...

His second fight was tough and he found his opponent was just to much to handle; but at only his
second competition at this level, he certainly showed some great potential for the future.
