Japanese Days at Oriel High School

Kin Ryu was invited by Oriel High School to teach judo there, as part of their Japanese Days.

So Lisa, David and Zoe put a selection of students through their paces.

Everyone worked through a number of hold-downs, groundwork practices and throws and
finished with some self-defence moves including arm locks and chokes.
